SHIP MANNING SERVICE

Our main and long-term objectives are to provide high class, competitive and professional ship manning services with particular emphasis on reliability, regularity and safety at sea. 

Vessels
Passenger and container vessels, general cargo, bulk carriers, ro-ro, dredgers, supply vessels, oilrigs, work boat and others (except LPG/LNG). 
We provide seafarers and specialists who have extensive experience on all types of vessels. We can arrange welders/fitters, electrical engineers, motorman, and turners for the shipyard industry.

At Sea Maintenance
We have a number of well-trained, experienced technicians, mechanic fitters, deck welders that are experienced in repairing vessels and equipment while atbr sea. This can save owners dry docking costs. Our officers are well educated at the Odessa State Marine Academy and Odessa State Marine University. The officers have a very stringent five and half-year training period with an additional 12 months on-board training. Our ratings are educated at the Odessa Marine School and have two years training period before they get positions on board vessels.

Licensed Crews
All Masters, Officers, Engineers, Ratings have appropriates National licenses and endorsements, issued in accordance to International STCW 78/95 Convention
As manning agent, before crew has to join the vessel, on request of shipowners, Grani LTD has a possibility to prepare all necessary applications and send to Vessel's Flag Authority directly, in order to issue Endorsements and Record books in advance.
Grani LTD is authorized filing agent of Liberian Maritime Authority. Grani Ltd is licensed by the Ministry of Labour of Ukraine.

Crew Health
All seamen passed trough fresh pre-employment medical examination before departure at Marine polyclinics of Medical Center of Marine medicine. This ensures that all crewmembers are fit for duty in accordance of theirs ranks.

Crew Standards
We provide training for the crew at the Training & Certifying Centre of Seafarers in Odessa and Kiev. Harbor Masters verify all seafarer's documents.

Out Team
Experienced Safety Captain and Superintendent Engineer, who have worked on different flagged vessels, provide a screening selection and pre-employment instructions of sing-on crew in order to be aware of the demands and requirement of worldwide shipowners and operators.

International Partners
We are looking for international partners so that we can supply Ukrainian officers or full complement crew to shipowners or operators.
